Iam Hotel - Osaka

The location is awesome, right in the heart of Dotonbori. The room was cozy enough for our luggage, and the amenities like the coffee machine and breakfast options were solid. A bit dusty, but we had a good time!

Fairly clean venue and lovely and kind employees. Very impressed with standard twin room with 2 beds. Eggs and bacon served for breakfast. Great location, a short walk to everywhere;))

Wi-Fi connection was slow.

I appreciated its brilliantly friendly employees.

Its perfect, super central location was a plus. A subway station was near the venue...

Staying at Iam Hotel was a good experience. The highlight was exploring Dotonbori's vibrant streets, with every corner unveiling a treasure of local eateries. The complimentary coffee and soft drinks at the shared lounge provided a cozy touch, extending my joyful experience.

The room felt a bit cramped, typical for budget-friendly places in the area. I faced occasional noise disturbances from the lively streets, affecting my sleep. A security concern regarding payment systems also lingered in my mind.

everything was very good, fairly clean hotel, great and favourable location close to metro station. the room was new-fashioned and neat with 2 beds, just what we needed. the service was friendly throughout our stay. the facilities were brand-new too. the place was nice, nothing too much trouble, would recomand.

We had the most very comfortable few days there. The place was modern and great, we greatly enjoyed it.

Central location, attentive staff.

I had high hopes for this place, but the neglected sheets with stains were a real treat. The check-in staff were flustered and disorganized, not that i expected much from them. After all, a complimentary upgrade or even a little special treatment for my inconvenience would have been good, but clearly that was too much to ask.

Room was clean but noise from the street disturbed sleep.

Two nights without room cleaning reminded me of a missed opportunity!!! No coffee in the room made mornings awkward-only available in a common area for limited hours. Bathroom size could be more manageable-typical compact design, but still cramped.

I stayed for three nights in a Standard Double Room. The staff were very helpful throughout my stay. The Japanese breakfast offered was delicious and added to the local experience. The room was clean and had thoughtful amenities such as earplugs and an eye mask, aiding in a good night's sleep despite some street noise. Location was perfect for my work needs.

Iam hotel made my wedding celebration even better! The location was just perfect, right in the heart of everything. It was great with its cozy room and delicious japanese breakfast.

We enjoyed every detail about our nice 2 nights stay here. the staff were very polite and provided welcoming services. - the location was particularly good and perfect, close to the train station. - It was also next to Don Quijote, all shops, and near Dotonbori.

I really liked the central setting of the hotel, right in the heart of Dotonbori. It was so convenient being just a stone's throw away from the train station. the light double room with 2 beds was comfortable.
